I love what they are doing at the University of Pittsburgh Department of Rehabilitation Science and Technology.

These folks are investigating the use of smart home technology as assistive technology, just like I’m doing informally in my home. If you have a physical disability, and are interested in helping them develop an assessment tool, please consider participating in this clinical trial, which can be done from your home. I’ve done it, and I felt good after! They are even sending me a small stipend.
