3. Hi Mitch, Thanks for the video. I'm an MS patient waiting for my first wheelchair to (hopefully) get approved by Medicare and by my supplemental insurance. As a result, I don't move around as much as I should. This video inspired me to get a prescription to visit my neuro-therapist.

4. Yaaaayyy for PT and Yayyyyyyy for Mitch! I'm still showing up for individual pilates twice a week. Gee, I wonder if insurance would cover that, given the 3-yr old guidelines that were mentioned in your video. It sure does help to keep in motion, absolutely no doubt about that.

   1. Daphne, they may cover Pilates. Wouldn't hurt to ask.
